Our Story

We met just a few weeks after Harry had moved from Melbourne to London and a few months before Tina had planned to move to Australia. We matched on Hinge after Harry commented on a cool picture of Tina paragliding and later met to exchange some tips on the respective places we planned to live.

We quickly discovered that we had a lot in common, including a mutual taste in music, so on our first date we made some plans to go to a concert together. It only took a few more dates and concerts to realise that this might be more than just exchanging some travel tips.

A few months later, we decided to split the rent on Harry's overpriced one-bedroom apartment in Shoreditch and the rest is history.

We are extremely happy that we have found each other and cannot believe to be celebrating our wedding with you all very soon!

Ceremony & Arrival Drinks

4:00 pm - 4:45 pm

The wedding ceremony is held in Hackney Town Hall at 4pm. It's a small Town Hall so only our families will be able to join us inside. We would love to meet you all in front of the Town Hall after the ceremony, around 4:20pm. There will be drinks and snacks for those waiting while we deal with the formalities.

FAQs

By when do I need to RSVP?

Please RSVP before 28th February 2026. If we haven't heard from you by then, your invitation might find its way to someone else.

What's the dress code?

We're going for a lowkey cocktail theme - dress to impress in something you're comfortable in.

Can we arrive by train or car?

While flying to London is the easiest and likely most affordable way to travel, it is possible to arrive by train or if you're really up for a challenge, by car.

If you're driving, you'll need to plan ahead to ensure you've got a place to park the car and research the relevant congestion and pollution charges. We don't drive in London, so our knowledge is limited.

Will we be needed at the Ceremony?

Due to the size of the Town Hall, only our families will be coming inside with us. We'll organise some drinks outside the Town Hall and would love to meet you all there.

Can I bring a date?

When you enter your name on the RSVP it will tell you whether or not you have a +1.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we'd love to welcome little ones to our wedding, the modestly-sized venue and late-night Shoreditch are not suitable for children. Thanks for understanding!

What wedding gifts are preferred?

Your presence at our wedding is the only present we need, but if you are exceedingly generous you may consider helping us with our honeymoon by giving us money.
